By looking at the Precious metal production, Cutting of semi finished product for the preparation of the blanks in different diameter sizes or shapes, by means of hydraulic cutting press machine.

These Hydraulic Cutting Press Cuts the Gold/Silver blanks sheet which is processed after rolling sheets.
Machines is designed in compact form with Easy Replacement of Dies providing a Optimum working space for Blank cutting.

Cutting dies for semi finished blanks ( discs, rectangles….) are provided in dimensions and typology to be précised and are cut out into desired shapes (round, rectangular, pendant shapes and etc)providing through cutting dies process after which blanks are ready to be minted into hydraulic stamping press.

These hydraulic cutting press can cut 900 to 1000 blanking pieces per hour.

Further Cutting dies ( round , rectangular , pendant ) are designed according to the dimensions.
