In addition, since it has small water content, it responds rapidly to changes in loads and heat inputs.

 CONSTRUCTION  

HYB boiler is very compact and package design which reduces the cost of installation and commissioning. Complete accessibility to water and smoke tubes reduces time and cost for cleaning and maintenance. Large furnace volume permits a shallow bed of fuel and allow ample residence time for thorough mixing of fuel and air ensuring high combustion efficiency. 

The HYB boilers offered by us are made as per the latest IBR Regulations. Stringent quality control is observed at every stage of manufacture right from raw material stage to testing of boiler prior to dispatch. The pressure parts are manufactured from Boiler Quality Steel, fully welded construction, shell radiograph and hydraulically tested. 

One steam cum water drum which incorporates the smoke tube bank. A water tube wall is provided at the side of the furnace to form a water wall seal. Headers are provided at the bottom along with down comers to form a natural water circulation circuit. A convective evaporator section is so designed as an inline arrangement. 

FLUE GAS PATHS: 

The boiler consists of a configuration enabling high turn down ratios. The combustion ones completed is released in to the free board zone at a temperature slightly higher than 1200°C. The water walls absorb the heat before leading the gases into the smoke tube boiler section (convection bank). The flue gases are than taken into an heat recovery unit, cyclone dust collector, I.D. fan and into the chimney.
