Fourvac is equipped to build custom built High and Ultra High Vacuum Chambers of any complexity in S.S.304, 304L, 316, 316L &aluminium. Vacuum vessels can be built to customers exact specifications from a rough hand sketch, detailed engineering drawings or even from the concept. Fourvac Engineering department uses the latest 3D and 2D CAD software and can accept drawings in DWG, DXF,IGES, STP file formats. Fourvac can even design from concept and prepare a complete set of manufacturing drawings for those projects for which the drawings are not provided by the customer.

All UHV products are Electro polished and thoroughly cleaned to ensure surface cleanliness and minimal outgassing rates. In addition, all vacuum chambers are helium mass spectrometer leak tested at all critical stages throughout the manufacturing process. Chambers and assemblies can be baked in air ovens for stress relieving purposes. Quality Control procedures are applied by at all stages, from raw materials to finished products.

ourvac was founded in 2009 in the field of high and ultra-high vacuum technology. It is the brainchild of four technocrats who have more than 25 years of experience in designing, manufacturing and helium leak-testing of various standard and custom-built vacuum products and systems. Two of the founders hold a Ph.D. in physics and the other two are qualified mechanical engineers.
Fourvac caters the needs of the scientific community and industries, both in India and abroad, by manufacturing custom-built products required for research and development.
It also exports vacuum components, valves, high and ultra-high vacuum chambers and custom-built products to the European market. Besides HV/UHV chambers, Fourvac is also specialized in manufacturing UHV compatible sample manipulators, linear and rotary motion drives, Z-shifts, wobble sticks, high vacuum valves, S.S. flexible hoses and all types of flanges and fittings.
The company has all the in house facilities, including helium leak detection, 3D modelling and 2D drafting. The skilled manpower with decades of experience in manufacturing and handling items for HV and UHV application is Fourvac’s biggest asset.
