This is an improved form of maze learning in which error committed can be objectively known. The apparatus has a wooden box. The top of the box has rows and columns of nail heads fixed. The nails are connected to a stylus, a speaker and a bulb. The subject is asked to trace the right path while moving the stylus through the nail heads. If going a wrong path the bulb will glow and a beep will be heard.
