The service temperature for Hastelloy Alloy Coils should be kept below 1250 Degree F, where this solution annealing procedure has been designed to optimize the alloy’s corrosion resistance and ductility. Following all hot forming operations, Hastelloy Sheets Plates should be re-annealed, to restore optimum properties. Hastelloy Plates Sheets has best corrosion resistance and durability, which is being used in flue gas desulfurization structures for the reason that of its outstanding resistance to sulphur mixtures and chloride-ions faced in most scrubbers.
