Precise and accurate spray application of hot melt glue using heated nozzle, adhesive tank, and air pressure. Ideal for footwear, packaging, automotive industries etc.

This applicator is suitable for Hot-Melt Adhesives, consists of heated tank and heated spray nozzles.
The glue spraying is rapid and uniform. The coating area can also be adjusted.
The heated glue tanks are treated with teflon which help in preventing carbonization of hot melt adhesives.
The machine also has a thermostatic exhaust fan to maintain machine temperature.
This applicator is highly recommended for footwear, bags, belts, electronics, toys, sanitary ware, stationery, packaging, labelling, sporting goods etc.
