INTRODUCTION :

DIGITAL HOT AIR OVEN-MICRO CONTROL BASED IS SPECIFICALLY DESIGN TO CATER THE NEEDS IN LABORATORY, CHEMICAL, QUALITY CONTROL, R & D, GLASSWARE DRYING AND ANALYTICAL WORK.

APPLICATION:

Eminently suitable for Laboratory & Industrial uses such as Drying, Curing, Melting, Sterilizing, Baking of varnish, Tracing of various substances, Moisture removing, Plant testing in Agriculture, Dehydration, Pre Heating of Raw Material like Soil, Plastic Granule etc. etc.

CONSTRUCTION:

Double walled body. Inner chamber will be made of Corrosion Resistant Stainless Steel SS 316 mirror polished and outer body made of Stainless steel SS 316 Matt Finish.
Minimum of 75mm thick glass-wool insulation will be provided between the two chambers. Door will be fitted with S.S. hinges with spring and roller bolt locking or Magnetic latch. Door is fitted with electroplated hinges with spring and roller bolt locking or Magnetic latch.

HEATING ELEMENTS:

Specially designed bank of air heaters with proper safety provision in operation and extended heater life. Heaters will be easily replaceable.

CONTROL SYSTEM:

By solid state electronic DIGITAL TEMPERATURE INDICATOR CUM CONTROLLER (MICRO CONTROL BASED CONTROL).

TEMPERATURE INDICATION : 4 digit solid state Electronic Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller (Micro Control Based Control) having set value (SV) display & process value (PV) display in Digital Window.

SENSOR : Pt-100 type sensor with compensating cable internally connected with Controlling DIGITAL TEMPERATURE INDICATOR CUM CONTROLLER for input signal sense by sensor.

TEMPERATURE SETTING : Membrane type splash proof keys.

CONTROL PANEL : Provided at the top of the unit for easy assessment and operation.

POWER SUPPLY : 230 Volts Single Phase 50 Hz. AC.

FORCED AIR-CIRCULATION : Built-in powerful motorized forced air circulation System where the motor & Blower assembly is placed at back sides and not at bottom.

STANDARD FITTING : Main Switch, Mains Indicator, Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller ON/OFF with PV indication and set temperature indication (built-in) Rotary switch for Low, Medium & High temperature setting, forced air circulation switch & indication.

DIGITAL CONTROLLER PROVIDED WITH CALIBRATION CERTIFICATE TRACEABLE TO NATIONAL STANDARD
