These lifts are built specially for usage by hospitals. Stretchers can be accommodated.  Cabin walls – if required – can be washed or fumigated. There is no jerk in starting or stopping. The range of lifts is from 13 persons to 40 Persons with the minimum size being 3’ x 7’.
The cabin walls can be of M.S. painted, M.S. Powdercoated or Hairline brush finished stainless steel. Collapsible channel gates or Swing doors with glass vision windows can be provided. Swing doors can be varied from floor to floor to suit the décor. Automatic doors can also be provided.
The lifts can be traction machine based or hydraulic machine based depending on the machine room location.
Notes

  • Machine Room Height ‘M’-2430, Overhead ( 0.7m/s speed ) ‘O’-3950
  • Pit Depth    ‘P’-    1650, Overhead ( > 0.7 m/s speed ) ‘O’-4600
  • Any number of floors can be served. The Side elevation shows only the Top Floor & Bottom Floor for the respective height requirements..
  • All Door heights will be 2000 clear. Door Lintel Bottom should be at 2150 from FFL.
  • Two side open door is possible at ground floor at the same or different level.
  • Plan for Manual Swing doors / Telescopic doors is different.
  • All Sizes are inside finished dimensions in mm.
  • All Hoistway walls are 230 mm thick Brick or 150 mm RCC walls.


Client’s Scope

  • Entire Civil Structure for the lift shaft including plaster & painting of lift shaft inside.
  • Three Phase Electric Supply.
  • Scaffolding during Lift erection.
  • Provision of sill support, machine support, Lifting beam / hook, pit ladder, etc.
  • Grouting of our holdfasts, Push button Boxes, Door frame members, etc.
  • Machine room will be extended beyond the lift shaft so that machine is approachable from three sides for maintenance.

In a short span of fifteen years the company is proud to have installed over 2500 lifts in a variety of sectors like:
passenger elevators, traction type for homes, commercial buildings, hospitals, with capacity from 4 to 40 persons and speeds ranging from slow hospital lifts to high speed lifts for commercial multistoried buildings.
Passenger elevators, hydraulic type for old buildings, buildings where machine room cannot be placed on the top and where m/c room height is a problem. Hydraulic lifts can save on structural costs, as they require only one wall for support.
Glass capsule lifts with 1 sided glass back to 5 sided glass fronts. We can also provide lifts with designer glass doors and automatic doors - center opening or telescopic type, with mild steel, stainless steel or glass doors
hospital elevators for smooth, jerk free and safe passage of patients & doctors in hospitals & clinics. We specialize in providing lifts small & economical enough to fit in private hospitals yet large enough to accommodate a stretcher.
Goods lifts of traction or drumwound hoist m/c type to carry from 50 kgs. To 5,000 kgs. These are very robust lifts designed to withstand rough usage in factories. Lifts can be manufactured with stage-wise inspection and approval based on approved q.a.p. & f. Q. P.
Dumbwaiters – small sized cabinet type lifts to carry hot food in hotels & medicine in hospitals, delivery items to the delivery counter in large departmental stores, for carrying light goods between floors. 100% s.s. Cabins are provided as per requirement.
Multistoried motor car elevators
lifts in which the entire car can go in a lift, used by car showrooms, departmental stores, group housing societies for rooftop and basement parking. These lifts can be provided without cabin and without counterweight to reduce costs. These lifts can also be made with s.s. Cabins and automatic doors with sensor based movement for luxury apartments, etc.
