Capacity 10 TPH, 50 meters (approx.) length horizontal belt conveyor to handle raw seed of various crops such as wheat, paddy etc. for conveying them from the D.C.S. bins to the processing unit with suitable ISI mark rubberised belt of suitable width, complete with :

a) All standard features

b) Suitable intake hopper

c) Suitable assembly for discharge to elevator

d) Suitable controls tropicalised motor and starter for operation on 220/440 volt single/three phase, 50 cycle current, with motor and drive mechanism with gearbox system. The unit will also include prewiring from the motor to the starter to single connection for incoming power supply.

e) Support frame work to provide suitable clearance between conveyor belt and ground label so that it could carry raw seed from the D.C.S. bins to the processing unit.

f) Whether covers for out door installation.

g) The height at which the horizontal troughed conveyor is 3 ft. (approx.) from ground level.

This conveyor runs on the side of bins externally.
