Hopper magnets provide an efficient magnetic filtering to any hopper-fed injection moulding, blow moulding or extruding equipment. Made up of high coercivity permanent magnets sealed in non magnetic tubes, they provide better magnetic filtring due to their high magnetic flux density. They are designed to fit in to any size of hopper. Easy to clean and no maintenance cost. makes it really constant magnetic protection at a low cost to your equipment and preventing expensive shut down and delays. A part from these sizes we make custom made hopper magnets of any shapes and sizes. Hopper magnet should be fitted in Hoper about 100 to 150 mm above the neck(bottom) of the hopper.
