Honing Job Work

We at Cretek Engineering Pvt Ltd having a 12000 mm length NC Horizontal Honing Machine to provide Honing JOBWORK. We have ability to do honing process with honing size 25 mm to 500 mm. Honing Machine processes done with different material types like Steel, Stainless steel, Non Ferrous,Super alloy etc.  Honing machine job work is having capability of clamping dia up to 600 mm.  We have NC Horizontal honing machine located in kubadthal, Gujarat doing honing process for material hardness up to 65 HRC. 

We develop honing tools and abrasives for high precision finishing < 0.2 μm for all small to large bore diameters. Our honing process provides the final sizing and creates the desired finishing on given machine part.  We are doing superfinishing operation used for previously machined surfaces. Honing Machine process used for finishing internal cylindrical surfaces, drilled or bored holes. We develop honing tools and abrasives for high precision finishing < 0.2 μm for all small to large bore diameters. We are specialized in services of horizontal Honing  where we provide Honing operations/Job work.
