Powdered honey is literally dehydrated honey. You can find this dry honey under the names “honey crystals”, “honey powder” or “dried honey”. While all these names are similar, products differ greatly. The difference is quality (some are organic, others are not), the way they process it and how fine the product is “powdered”.  Some products have other ingredients add to it.
