Gear Housing :- Gear Housing is manufacture from close grain structure with Aluminum alloy liberally designed to store sufficient Synthetic lubricant to reach higher thermal ratings.

Bearing Housing :-Bearing Housings are properly machined and bored to ensure 
perfect alignment.

Worm shaft :-Worm Shaft is sole unit manufacture accurately from case carburized 
alloy steel, flanks are ground to ensure high preference in life cycle.

Worm Wheel :-Worm wheels are manufacture from phosphorous bronze (confirming to PB- as per BS 1400). Teeth are machined on Hobbing machine to 
facilitate inter changeability.
