High Temperature Oven

We manufacture, supply and export High Temperature Oven of superior quality. The High Temperature Oven has double walled insulated chamber with argonarc welded 16 swg. The High Temperature Oven has qualitative features such as stainless steel interior; Outer CRCA sheet 18 swg; Mild steel duly powder coated painted. The “MLE” series High Temperature Ovens are manufactured and tested to suit the specifications for determination of shelf life study properties or annealing of the test sample performance during exposure to high temperature conditions. They carry out steady state cyclic dry temperature tests.

Details :

• Insulation : high temperature cerawool blanket of 1200 grade is provided between inner & outer wall
• Air circulation : fanblower is provided for air circulation for maintaining uniform temperature.
• Adjustable ventilation exhaust at top .
• Heaters low surface loading sealed Inconel tube heaters conforming to is 4159 are provided for heating.
• Instrumentation : microprocessor based auto-tune pid type temperature programmer with k-typechromel alumel thermocouple sensor will be provided for indication and control of temperature and built-in timer upto 999 minutes and auto shutdown facility for heat control .
• Utilities : one S.S. Bar shelf with adjustable tray supports.
• Validation port hole for inserting thermocouple externally will be provided with closing plug.
