Atmospheric Control: Vacuum (Upto 10 -6 mbar), Oxidizing (normal) & inert with Argon, CO2, Nitrogen and Hydrogen
Temperature Control: Electronic PID based ON/OFF or Programmable controllers with data acquisition system (As per customer's requirement)
Safety Features: Broken Thermocouple & temperature overshoot protection.
