These Furnaces are made of thick Mild Sheet having Powder Coated in good looking colour. Ceramic Fiber blanket for high density for better insulation is provided to make these Furnaces light weight. The Furnaces is provided with Stainless Steel 310 Qlty. Base plate to safe guard the interior chamber. Heating Elements are made of special Kanthal wire to make Furnace working continuously upto 1150ï C, 1200ï C intermittent and it is quick heating type.
Furnace is fitted with fine quality Digital Indicator Cum Controller to work on 220 Volt AC 50 Hz.
Option:Microprocessed PID controller having 4 ramp & 4 soak profile having set mode, alarm parameter, configuration parameter, profile parameter, set point profile, Pv error indicator, parameter for locking etc.
Alarm:It is possible to provide electronic alarm, if temperature deviates more than ± 5 °C to cost extra.
