High Density Cleaner

High Density Cleaner is an ideal equipment to clean all types of pulp continuously at the maximum stock consistency of 5.5%. The equipment removes heavy impurities, such as bolts, nuts, stones as also higher percentage of small contraries up to 2.0 mm dia. The stock enters the cleaner tangentially and is made to rotate at high speed by rotor provided at the top. The impurities are flung towards the wall of separating cone by centrifugal force and sink into the dirt trap. The dirt trap is emptied intermittently during the operation. The accept is discharged from the outlet branch.
