The swaged assembly produces a highly compacted heater that will have the ability for maximum element life & uniform heat transfer. These heaters last up to 10 times longer than normal un-compacted cartridge heaters. 

Cartridge heater compacted by magnesium oxide offers high performance. With a maximum rating Wattage upto 70 Watts/Square inch & Temperature up to 750° degree centigrade on the sheath of the heater.
