POLYCEM-75

Our flagship product, Polycem-75, is used by PSUs and private companies across India mostly for making low cement castables and high alumina conventional castables. This is a versatile refractory product and has alumina content more than 70%, thus, giving it higher degree of refractoriness and PCE.

POLYCEM-60

Polycem-60 is another variant of high alumina cement with alumina content of approximately 60%. This product is mostly used for low duty refractory concrete. It has rapid hardening properties and is best suited for refractory applications up to 1550°C.

POLYCEM-50

Polycem 50 is best suited for refractory premixes with alumina content of approximately 50%. This product is mostly used for making conventional castables with alumina content of approximately 40% and also used in other related applications where rapid hardening properties are required.

Apart from the above mentioned standard products we also offer customized products as required by customers.

Poly Refractories Private Limited was established in 2003 under the visionary leadership of Er. F.C. Mohanty with the aim of being a pioneer in the field of refractory cement and related products. The company started with the manufacturing of high alumina cement, known as Polycem-75, and today we have expanded our product portfolio to include different grades of High Alumina Cement, namely, Polycem-50, Polycem-60 along with Castables and Precast shapes.
From a modest production capacity of 1500 MT annually, we have grown to a production capacity of 7500 MT, to cater to the increasing demand of our products in different industries like Refractory, Steel, Cement, etc. The journey has been an enriching one where we have taken success and failures in our stride which has helped us to develop as an organization.
In terms of infrastructure, we provide modern machines and facilities to ensure that the quality of products is maintained thereby ensuring consistency and reliability of our products. No manufacturing unit is successful without a good team and we are no exception to it.
