For such a large thickness range, Al, Cu and their alloys require specialized cutting techniques as the conventional cutting methods (e.g. gas and plasma cutting or laser cutting) cause heating of the work-area which affects the finish-quality and may create heat-affected stress zones. To avoid these problems and give our customers high quality Aluminium Profile Plates, cut in Al/Cu alloys, we employ state-of-the-art abrasive Water Jet cutting technique which is a cold cutting process. These Aluminium Profile Plates are manufactured using the high-grade aluminium in precise shapes and sizes. Also, we make Aluminium Profile Plates available at most competitive prices in customized shapes and sizes.
