Usage instructions per person
take one teaspoonful of tea mixture measuring 2 g and put in 150 ml (around one tea cup) of water, boil it for 5-7 minutes. For excellent results avoid sugar and milk, can use honey & lemon. Use for 6-12 months for better results.
