Blastline supplies long-lasting heavy-duty super blast hose exceptionally tough and abrasion resistant, for use in grit, garnet and sand blasting service; it is manufactured with anti-static rubber granting a complete discharge of static electricity. The anti-static hoses have an additive in the polymer that allows them to conduct the static and do not require a grounding wire.

Temperature Range :-

- 40°C (- 400P) to + 70°C (+158°P)

Construction

Tube: black, smooth with excellent resistance to abrasion; it is anti-static

Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord

Cover black, smooth (wrapped finish) highly abrasion resistant synthetic rubber; it is anti-static

Coils20, 40 or 60 mt continuous length.

Initially we used to act as Dealer of Indian Shot Blasting Machine manufacturer and Painting systems. Interaction with clients, trouble shooting, erection commissioning, technical discussion etc in our business life of 20 years gave us a very good exposure and in depth knowledge about this equipments.
Eventually we started our own job workshop looking to great demand by our users and buyers who wanted to offload the work to us to achieve better finish due to our workmanship and vast experience. Special coating job of solventless paints, Glass Flake Epoxy besides general painting job was undertaken by us. Pipe shot blasting both inside and outside alongwith high build epoxy paint on internal and external of pipes were done by us which are of very special nature.
