This is BRANDON's most popular display and holding cabinet, widely used in the fast food outlets. Best used for fried chicken, hamburgers, French fries, hot dogs as well as pizza. The unit is made of high quality stainless steel (non magnetic), well polished to the best aesthetic appearance. The unit has two tiers; the upper tier is of dry warming, which can preserve the crispiness of food. The lower tier has humidity compensation, so the freshness of food can be preserved for a much longer period of time. This is the way how you see your profit increase by keeping food fresher and longer.

Highest attainable temperature: 75℃ (Meeting HACCP requirement).
Individual thermostatic control for two tiers. Lower tier with humidity compensation.
Electronic water level control, low water level signal, dry boil protection.
