Heat Transfer Coil

MFlow manufactures high quality Heat Transfer Coil in 1/2″ dia copper tube and aluminum fins for heating applications. DX coils for various refrigerant & brine application also available. Coils are designed for an optimum balance between pressure drop and heat transfer efficiency so as to get maximum amount of cooling and heating with minimum pressure drop. To provide the optimum cooling / heating solution, our coils are designed & manufactured using our latest Coil Selection Software. The material used, both the copper and aluminum are of best international standards. Our modern, automatic and highly equipped manufacturing facilities are capable to produce 6-18 FPI with an accuracy of 99%, Hair pin join on one side of the coil to reduce friction losses and get better performance etc. We test our coils at pneumatic pressure of 350 psi for two hours to ensure a leakage / defect free product to our customers.
