Scope : Single pack high luster aluminum paint Possessing excellent durability and weather resistance properties. An aluminium heat resisting coating based on silicone for superior protection of steel at high temperature. The Product is designed to withstand a working temperature of 650 C & can be used as a heat reflect ant coating.

Use : Recommended for use outside storage tanks pipe stack, ducting radiator, boiler fronts
Chimney as well as structural steel & other surfaces operating at elevated temperatures.

Storage Life : Up to Six months as long as the sealed containers are kept under cover in a dry place under normal temperature conditions.

Surface preparation : Make full use of mechanical tools along with manual chipping and wire brushing to remove loose rust and scale to St.2 Swedish Standard SIS 05 5900. Excessive burnishing of steel is to be avoided. Thoroughly dust down all surfaces. Best results can be achieved if the manually cleaned surface is treated with Bison Metal Conditioning Solution.
The surface should be clean and dry before application of H.R. paint

Notes :

Application must be carried out on cold surfaces only after the final coat has dried completely; the painted surface may be gradually heated.
The mixed paint must be used off within 48 hours for obtaining high lustrous finish.
Do not apply when temperature falls below 10Ë C or rises above 50Ë C & when relative humidity rises above 90%.Do not apply during rain, fog or mist.
