With well qualified designing and manufacturing teams and infrastructure, Oriental has the ideal setup for fabrication of heat exchangers and other tailor made process plant equipment. Over the years, we have catered to an expansive list of companies from the Oil and Gas, Chemical, Fertilizer, Pharmaceutical, Refinery & Petrochemical Sectors, which include projects commissioned for companies like Hindalco, Alstom, Air Liquide, Cameron LNG , Qatar Chemical company etc. and also worked with EPC companies like Linde Engineering, Engineers of India limited, Technip, Toyo Engineering etc.

WE HAVE THE EXPERTISE AND EXPERIENCE TO DELIVER HEAT EXCHANGERS WITH THE FOLLOWING STATS:

Diameters up to 5400 mm
Pressures of up to 109 bar are possible.
In-house CNC Drilling facility for tubesheets upto 300 mm thickness
Plate bending facility up to 50 mm for shell rolling for channel and tube sides of shell & tube type heat exchangers

All our heat exchangers are fabricated adhering to ASME Standards and TEMA Specifications. In case of Thermal Designs, we also have HTRI Software to support us.

This is a well qualified shop with various registrations like EIL, PDIL, UHDE, Technimont, NPCIL, Department of Atomic Energy, National Fuel Complex, etc. We are a “U”, “U2” & “R” stamp company and provide NB registrations for the our heat exchangers we fabricate.

A division of Oriental Enterprise Private Limited, Oriental Manufacturers incorporated in 1978 is a fully integrated design and manufacturing unit that fabricates tailor made process equipment for critical process industries spread over various sectors such as the Oil and Gas industry, Chemical processing sector, Fertilizer manufacturers as well as the Pharmaceutical and Petrochemical industries.
Our workshop is spread over 32 acres of land, allowing us to execute and assemble larger orders while giving us the flexibility to expand as and when the need arises. Our shop is approved by ASME with U, U2, R & NB Stamp certification in addition to ISO 9001:2008 and OHSAS 18001:2007.
We have various registrations like EIL, PDIL, UHDE, Technimont, NPCIL, Department of Atomic Energy, National Fuel Complex and many more.
We have the experience of handling various grades of CS and SS material, Cupronickel, Hast alloy etc. We are qualified in welding of exotic and critical metallurgy’s for base metal and overlay procedures in Duplex, Super Duplex, Hast Alloy, Inconel-600 and Titanium.
We work closely with our clients in order to understand exactly what they are looking for and ensure our process equipment is fabricated keeping in mind the needs, requirements as well as the industry process it is required for.
