STP’s PP/HDPE FABRICS {CIRCULAR /FLAT}
At STP we manufacture, PP/HDPE woven fabric, laminated / un-laminated / sandwich laminated, with / without hammed edges/ zig-jag cut, in different shades, width & length as per customers demand.

Technical Specifications :
STP can cater the demands, of circular fabric from 12” to 48”, of 8 x 8 to 16 x 16 mesh size, denier ranging from 550 to 1800, coated (Coated for moisture or sifting protection) / uncoated (Uncoated fabric for breathability available), color as per customer’s demand, UV coating available on request (Available for all fabrics, especially if used temporarily in outdoor environments), GSM 48~300, length as required, with extrusion coating of PP / LDPE / LLDPE. Similarly flat fabric can be supplied ranging from 24” to 96”, with similar specifications.
Example of Hammed Edge
In order to protect the edges of the heat retention cover it is recommended to have your cover hemmed. This not only gives it an impressive finish but it also protects the cover from the wear and tear of the pool surround which therefore increases its lifespan.
Fabric Testing :
In-house testing for dynamic parameters, such as tensile strength, elongation, and UV to ensure consistent fabric quality.
Fabric Colors :
Customer’s requirement can be customized through master-batches for large runs. Bags can be available with two colors.
Warp & Weft :
The direction threads in a fabric; warp threads run the length of the fabric; warp threads are crossed by the weft threads that run from selvage to selvage across the width of the fabric.
