  • Two sets of pneumatically operated Driven nip roller in second fold.
  • Double circumference cutting cylinder supported on combination heavy duty ball and roller      bearings.
  • Double Circumference Folding cylinder supported on combination of heavy duty ball and roller      bearings. Facility of lap adjustment. Low inertia needle levers and rotating components to ensure stability at higher speeds.
  • Double Circumference Gripper cylinder supported on combination of heavy duty ball and roller      bearings. Coating on gripper jaw to ensure grip and avoid marking.
  • Ten part delivery wheels with on the run phase adjustment facility.
  • Multi sheet sensors to protect against paper jam
  • LED fault indication display on folder
  • Safety compliance to CE norms.
  • Quarter folder will work on Rotary principle
  • Manually adjustable Quarter fold to change in web width from 750 mm to 915 mm.
