Ours is a story of almost a decade of serving retailers, wholesalers and individual importers from around the world to source some of the finest quality Indian products at honest and reasonable prices. Madal Bal is based in the holiday town of Goa and till date it has exported to countries like Austria, Germany, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Serbia, Sweden, Denmark, Canada, USA, Singapore, Uganda, Australia and New Zealand.
We have a supplier network of Individual artisans, artisan clusters, family-owned factories, self-help groups, organic farms and weaver groups across India. We see to it that production is done under good working conditions for the workers while at the same time care is taken to ensure competitive pricing for the buyers.
We deal in quality products from the textile and handicraft sectors, traditional furniture, brass artifacts, incense sticks, handmade soaps and soapnut, tea and spices, ayurvedic health foods and organic farm produce from the Himalayas.
For us it is not only about sourcing the products, but to reach them to the customer safely. We do the consolidation of shipments from the various suppliers to make full container shipments so as to save freight costs for the buyers. Before the product is dispatched quality check and inspections are ensured to make sure importers face no surprises on arrival of their cargo.
We also undertake OEM (original equipment manufacturer) and private label manufacturing through our associated factories. Our shipments will come to you via Air Cargo, Sea Cargo or through the post for your convenience.
Madal Bal’s business philosophy imbibes the virtues of honesty, transparency and professionalism ensuring that the customer has a hassle-free service right from sourcing, production, inspection and logistics. We take care of the documentation and track the shipment till it is delivered to the customer.
