Hand Mould Aluminium Pattern

A hand mould aluminium pattern and a hand mould wooden pattern are the types of patterns used in the foundry industry to create sand moulds for casting aluminium parts.

In the hand moulding process, a pattern is created using the hand mould aluminium pattern or wooden pattern. The pattern is then used to create a sand mould by packing sand around it in a mould box. After the sand has been packed around the pattern, the pattern is removed from the mould, leaving a cavity in the sand that matches the shape of the pattern. Molten aluminium is then poured into the mould, filling the cavity and creating the desired part.
