Hammer Coal takes pride in the enduring quality of our handcrafted products, which is why Hammer Coal offers its customers lifetime repair warranty. The lifetime repair warranty is for the defects in materials (stitching, leather and hardware such as snaps, zippers, buckles, rivets). The leather, as with all natural materials, will occasionally have unique characteristics such as: small scars, creases and variations in the color and are not considered defects. Validated warranty repairs are repaired or replaced at no charge. Our warranty does not insure that the product will perform for the lifetime of the buyer, but for the lifetime of the product which is typically 5 years for leather and the hard-wares (Zipper, buckles, rivets) used in the bags. Our product comes with Warranty card and in case of repair you may approach Hammer Coal directly for repair at no charge. The lifetime repair warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage of the bags which can be repaired by Hammer Coal at nominal cost.
