instrument principle

compounds based on halogenated polymers and compounds containing halogenated additives emits harmful halogen acid gas while burning. These gases are corrosive and can prove harmful to property and humans in case of fire. Is 18010 (pt. 59) & iec 754-1-94 test determine the amount of halogen gas other than hydrofluoric acid evolved during the combustion of cables and other similar compounds.
