Our organization, MK-INTERNATIONALS , was established in the year, 2007, as buffalo meat producers, suppliers and merchant traders, with the view of offering our clients choicest cuts of the meat. We are greatly appreciated for the halal slaughter methods that we follow to butcher the animals. This we do, to respect the socio religious sentiments of the culture of some regions.
we take great care in freezing and packaging the meat, so that at the end of the shipment, when the meat is thawed and cooked, it is as juicy and tender as freshly slaughtered meat. Immediately after the slaying process, the carcass is cleaned in fresh water and quick frozen at -40 degree c to retain the natural freshness, aroma, taste and color. Pre-shipment, the meat is kept in our cold storage at 18 degree c till export. Thereafter, the meat is shipped in reefer containers, which are maintained at temperature of 18 degree c.

We are humbled by the fact that with our honest efforts we are contributing to the government’s foreign exchange earnings.
