The HAKKO FX 901 is a battery operated soldering iron. Lightweight and portable, it can be used for field service, repairs, and hobby. It can be operated with various batteries, such as, Alkaline, Nickel-Cadmium or Nickel-Hydrogen batteries. Four AA batteries power the iron. Operating temperature is up to 315°C. Alkaline battery operates continuously for 60 mins and Nickel Hydrogen battery for 120 mins. Easy tip replacement. Safe to use – no spark or flame.
