• Adopt CNC technology, servo motor in feeding, with high efficiency, stable work piece precision. Key hydraulic, pneumatic and electric parts all imported.
• There are three sets of punch and die on each side which can install three kinds of punches with different diameters. Three sets of moulds can move altogether controlled by PLC to change the punching back mark.
• Computer with English interface, easy operation, and can display the drawing of work piece. Easy programming and can directly use the program data made by lofting software. Only need to input size of work piece, diameter of holes, back mark and quantity of work piece when edit program.
• CNC infeed carriage is driven by servo motor. The photoelectric encoder feeds back the information. Closed loop control to ensure high positioning precision.
• All marking, punching and shearing in automatic completeness, all finished angles can be unloaded by pneumatic turnover device so as to lighten the working strength.
• The control system consists of the host computer, CNC system, servo motor, PLC, external examination sensors, etc. Just input the dimension of workpiece, the processing will be created. Furthermore, the program can be stored, selected, displayed and communicated as per the workpiece No.
• Marking unit adopts closed frame with good rigidity. Four groups of character boxes are fixed on the marking unit which can be selected by program. Marking back mark can be set at will.
• The punching, marking and shearing cylinders are bigger; NC carriage is new type and stronger; the clamps are stronger.
• The key hydraulic pneumatic and electrical elements are all imported from Germany, Japan, and South Korea etc.
• Machine comes with all Standard accessories spanner set, warranty Card, instructional and maintenance manual.

After sales service

After sales service we not only apply ourselves to develop the new products and improve our products’ quality, but also build a quite perfect after sales service network all over the world and supply more convenience and better service for our customers.

We supply the foundation drawing of the machine’s installation but not constructing. We take charge of the machine’s installation and adjustment if you supply the lifting equipment and necessary conditions. Please let us know the list of accessories before the machine leaves the factory.

• When the machine is finished, we will inform you to inspect the machine in our factory. After your inspection and acceptance, the machine will be dispatched or shipped.
• During installing the machine, we supply free training and technical consultation service, buyer be in charge of accommodation, flight and daily salary of technician.
• The final acceptance of the machine is done in you place according to the signed agreement and relative technical files.
• We guarantee for product’s maintenance, change and return after sales for one year. In this period, we can change the damaged parts for free if not your responsibility (not including easily worm parts). After this period, we can repair the machine for you only taking the basic charge.
