resistance cams : rishi fitness® precision machines are bio-mechanically engineered to maximize strength and flexibility by activating and load specific muscles group throughout the complete range of motion.
Guided rods & nyloplas guides : fixed chrome plated 19mm guide rods provide quiet, precise alignment of weight stacks. Chrome finish guide rod sleeves prevent wobble and excessive wear.
Weight stacks : weight plates for selectorized machines are made up of 1" thick mild steel to give imported look to machine with self lubrication.
Cables : nylon coated 6 mm flexible air craft tested cable with 2000 lbs tensils strength and flexibility ensure smooth performance and durability.
Pulleys : high grade casting lron pulley 5” in round coverd with double ball sealed bearing for smooth soundless operation.
Weldments : the machine frames are mig (metal inert gas) welded which ensures good aesthetics and the welding that lasts a lifetime of the machine.
Seat & upholstery : all seats having adjustments to accommodate users of all sizes and the seat have 1” thick high density foam covered with superior quality.

rubber mounting : heavy rubber mountings are provided for equipment to stabilize and keep secured on the floor.
