Contact SupplierJaswinder Guillotine Shearing Machines are of modern design, Sturdy and of robust construction in the design of which simplicity has been the key note. All machines are guaranteed to cut their rated capacity in Mild Steel for the full length and to stand up to continuous service at this capacity. The Side frames, Tables, Blade Beam and Hold down are of close grained Cast Iron designed to eliminate deflection and withstand continuous high speed performance at full capacity. The upper blade beam moves in guides on the side members. The hold down Beam is activated by the movement of the blade Beam and is adjusted for height by adjusting screws. Drive is by Vee Belts on to the flywheel pulley and then by gearing on to the main crank shaft. The machine is controlled by a paddle rod running the full length of the machine. Standard Equipment :

How to Adjust the Blades When readjusting the blades on our shears to cut different thickness of metal the following clearance between the knives will be found useful and can be put into practice by employing a feeler guage. |

By following the above Clearance the blades will last their maximum life and no un-necessary strain will be put on the machine. The knives are easily reset by means of adjusting screws on the table for that purpose. Adjusting screw should be well tightens after reseting otherwise machine will be damaged. |
