The decorticated shells and kernels fall down through the perforated concave sieve. The blower helps to separate the kernels from husk and the kernels are collected through the spout at the bottom. The shells are thrown away from the machine.

Groundnut Decorticator is used for winnowing & cleaning of paddy & groundnut. 4 persons are required for operating this implement, out of which 2 persons show the paddy bundles over thresher. One person assists to hand over the paddy bundles and another fellow will show the threshing paddy before the fan for cleaning.
