    GREEN TILT is a ground mounted as well as roof mounted structure solution designed
    to be adjusted to various tilt angle manually so that maximum generation can be
    achieved by changing the structural tilt angle seasonally or at least thrice during a year.
    The GREEN TILT has the following component and feature:
    1. It consist of vertical post, vertical rafter and bracing which form a triangular
    support for the structure at required tilt angle
    2. Bracing have a provision for multiple holes of which each holes corresponds to
    a specific tilt angle
    3. Hinge mechanism is there which consist of hinge plates on which hinges are
    welded permitting mating of the hinges for free rotational motion also in single
    axis
    4. CS purlins are used for better strength and ease of installation along with l
    brackets
    5. Designed for wind speed of 140-180kmph
    6. Orientation : portrait/ landscape
    7. Tilt angle : optimal tilt angle can b provided as per the pv syst analysis
    8. Ground clearance : 400-800mm
    9. Hinge: post galvanized ms 80-120 μ yield strength : 250- 350mpa
    10. Mounting structure : post galvanized 80-120μ pre galvanized 550 gsm coating
