Dehydrated Spinach Leaves are prepared from fresh, clean, bright, soft and succulent leaves, typical of the variety and of proper stage of maturity. The leaves are free from over matured leaves, hard and over matured stacks, roots, stumps, grass, extraneous leaves and damaged caused by insects or diseases. The dehydrated spinach leaves are prepared after thorough washing including adequate removal of toxic spray and dust residues, cutting into shreds of desired sizes.

The dehydrated spinach leaves is of green colour typical of the variety and is free from any added artificial colouring  matter. The dehydrated spinach leaves have characteristic flavour and odour of fresh leaves and are free from case hardening, hay-like, scorched, musty and other objectionable flavour and odour.
