What is SOLAR AJB/DCDB & ACDB

ACDB/ DCDB both are an important and necessary part of a Solar Power generating system. Junction Boxes provide the extra electrical protection to the solar system during failures. Array Junction Box or DCDB provides the interconnection between the input string from the solar panels, and the output string to the solar inverter. The Array Junction box or DCDB is customized for different configurations of the solar inverter, based on the number of strings of solar panels used in the Solar Power Plant layout. It also have surge protection device (SPD) to save your system from any surges occurred due to fault or other phenomenon. It can be easily mounted on a wall. ACBD’s operating temperature is between -25 to 60 degree Celsius. It’s maximum DC Input is 1000V. Its number of DC Inputs range between 2-10 while the number of DC Output is 1.
