All die parts are opened and closed automatically. Due to the hydraulic die open and close, die damage is minimum. The only manual operation is pouring of molten metal and picking out the solidified piston. all machines can accommodate 5 piece core design these machines are capable of casting pistons with ring and also as-cast crowns these machines have bed tilting facility for pistons above 70mm in diameter all these machines are hydraulically operated with in-built powerpacks the machines are controlled by touch-screen hmi with built-in plc (programmable logic controller) the machines are provided with cooling valves centralised lubrication system automatically lubricates all sliding surfaces at regular intervals
