We provide assorted grades of graphite moulds for production of diamond tools. The product drastically reduces the overall cost of producing diamond tools by achieving close tolerances which results in decreased breakage of plungers & consequently reducing the in-process rejection. Different grades of product offered by us include following:
for applications of side plates and low pressure
for critical applications in thin punches and other parts that demand high resistance high strength graphite.
We offer these graphite moulds in form of “ready to assemble moulds”. We also custom produce these products in accordance to our customer's requirements.
