V ONE Graphite Gasket is made from 100% pure flexible graphite with SS316 sheet and wire mesh insert. The gaskets are available in wide range of densities as per client̢۪s requirement. Graphite Gasket is very versatile in its range of application suitability and this could be attributed to its unique properties such as excellent resiliency, compressibility & inertness. The metallic reinforcements of Graphite Gaskets provide mechanical strength which enhances its temperature & pressure taking capacity. Applications : Flanges handling superheated steam, as cylinder head & exhaust gaskets in automobiles, Nuclear & aerospace applications. It can also be used for sealing flanges handling acids, alkali, solvents & other aggressive fluids. Technical Parameters & Chemical Content :

• Temperature : -200^oC to +650^oC (in steam)
• Pressure : Upto 650 bar (for Metallic)
• pH Range : 0 to 14
• Chloride Content : < 50ppm
• Ash Content : 0.5% max
