Grader Machine

After extrusion and cutting by blade cutter or die face cutter, the pellets need to be screened for ensuring the proper and consistent granules size of the material to give good product appeal and quality. Besides, Screening is also necessary for removal of chips and broken granules, uncut strands and lumps.
Extruded Granules are fed in the centre of Grading Machine and the same is separated in two/three parts/outputs by vibratory motion giving product at middle level and lumps or chips above or lower level continuously.
