The Quartz Water Distiller comes with a single stage distiller. It is manufactured using quality raw materials as per standards set by the industry. The replaceable quartz heater eliminates frequent shut down of the equipment. Teflon Stopcock is provided for easy draining and cleaning of boiler. We undertake bulk orders with an assurance of prompt delivery.

Replaceable Quartz Heater : This eliminates frequent shut down of the equipment.

Built : In Triple Safety -
- Gate Valve to conserve cooling water wastage
- Flow Switch : Additional safety for the Distillation Unit.
- The unit is equipped with PTS for safety of the boiler, if water level falls below the heater, the unit switches off.

Quartz Teflon Stopcock is provided for easy draining and cleaning of boiler.
XL series do not require additional safety control unit since it is designed with Built-in Safety.

Other items are packed in 5 Ply Corrugated Box lined with Thermocole blocks. 5 to 6 such small boxes are packed in a Large outer Corrugated Large Box lined with Thermocole blocks and Strapped.
