We are manufacturers, suppliers and exporters of Geared Motors. “CROWN” Geared Motors are manufactured with output ranging from 0 -12 H. P. To 30 H. P. and speed ranging from 0.1 RPM. To 450 RPM. The complete series consist of Seven sizes of gear unit in two stage helical & Seven size of gear unit in three stage helical Each size with three or four motor frames & also (worm) right angle geared motors unit in Eight size with two or three motor frames & RPM.

A basic feature of ‘CROWN’ unit is therefore the accuracy in the manufacture together with top quality materials. Gears are case hardened and hardened before profile finishing, hardened and tempered 38 NICM04 steel output shafts, gray cast iron to graded casting are used.
Worm gear units with 16 CrNi4 case hardened and hardened steel worm shaft and bronze wheel are assembled on isles to ensure constant quality level. Helical and worm groups made with exclusive manufacturing systems, offer characteristics of sturdiness, quietness and compactness, are also suitable for universal assembly position. Taper roller & angular bearing are used in the gearbox for longer life & caring overhung load with higher torque.
‘CROWN’ Helical Gear Box and electric motors are built as one unit to give co-axial, compact and sturdy construction for slow speed and high torque application. ‘CROWN’ ” Geared Motors and reducer are available with single, double & triple reduction design, for extremely low output speed, two gear boxes are available in all type of construction like Foot mounted, Flange mounted and Hub type construction
