This gauge is made of hardened & tempered stainless steel material 0.5 mm thickness. This is a very handy tool used to measure the Gear Diametrical Pitch for 14.5° pressure angle (Tooth profile - Involute type) This gauge has 14 Blades duly fine edge profiled, Numbered pitch sizes are mentioned on each blade. it is very useful gauge for all gear manufacturers for inspection purpose. it is packed in a plastic box with gear data sheet (DP, CP, Tooth Thickness Data) provided for instant reference.
