The gauge valve comes in many configurations, ranging from single isolate valves with a bleed port, to block and bleed valves with varying end configurations. Our gauge valves, as standard, are rated to 413bar (6,000psi), but can be rated at 689bar (10,000psi) and are available in a range of different materials.

Constructed from 316 stainless steel, carbon steel or alloy 400, each single piece manifold is compact and features locking plates, mounting holes and upstream or downstream ports. Thoroughly tested to withstand up to 1200° F, instrument manifolds perform in many of the most demanding environments

FAV gauge valve is designed for leak free closure, regulation and management of fluids in process systems. With a wide variety of port sizes, end connections, style, temperature and pressure tolerance FAV gauge valve are critical for instrumentation, fluid and process control system.

FAV gauge valve are designed for stringent application in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical etc. industries. These gauge valve can be used for throttling and straight isolation in process or flow control applications. These metal seated valves are machined from square bar stock and are available in sizes 1/8” to 2” in various connections. 10000 psi valves are rated upto 1” pipe size.

Rising stem& bar stock body design. Metal-to-Metal seating achieves buddle-tight shut-off, longer stem/seal life in abrasive flow, greater durability for repeated on/off cycles and excellent corrosion resistance gauge valve available in 316 Stainless Steel, Monel, Duplex & other exotic material.

Temperature range 100°C to 230°C (400°C  Optional )
