Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers ( PHE)

Plate type heat exchangers are compact, efficient devices used to transfer thermal energy between two fluids. They consist of a series of thin, corrugated metal plates stacked together with a small gap between each plate. These gaps form channels through which the two fluids flow, allowing for efficient heat transfer.   Gasketed Plate Heat Exchanger: A gasketed plate heat exchanger is a type of plate heat exchanger where the plates are sealed together with gaskets (rubber or elastomer seals). These gaskets create a barrier between the fluids to prevent mixing and leakage.
